POSTPARTUM DOULA CARE
The weeks following the birth of a baby are exciting and challenging. As a postpartum doula I am there to help you get to know your baby, understand cues for hunger, discomfort and baby joy and manage your own life as you adjust to your baby's "24-hour" schedule.
Loving Support When Baby Comes Home
I believe a baby can only truly relax once the parents get support and can relax themselves. All families need support after a baby is born. Sometimes that support comes from friends and family. Often in our busy lives those trusted people are not available.
